The Student Ministry at LRBC is for Middle School and High School, grades 6 through 12.
The Student Ministry is designed to introduce students to Jesus and deepen their relationship with Him, while having fun spending time in fellowship with their peers.
“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12.
Students meet every Sunday morning at 10:00 in the Student Room for small groups/coffee shop table talk as we go through chapters of the Bible as well as videos over specific topics.
In this setting, students are given the necessary tools to become mature in their faith. They are encouraged to ask questions and explore what God is leading them to become. It is our goal to build a foundation of faith that out students can take with them wherever God leads them.
Students meet at 6:30 pm in the Student Room for a time of food, games and a sermon. Wednesdays offer a great opportunity for students to bring their friends to get away from life’s stress. It’s a time of fellowship and a mid-week encouragement. Fun filled activities and worship allow students to feel welcome and accepted.
In addition to the Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Bible studies, students are given opportunities to participate in a variety of other activities.
